Significant Withdrawals and Deposits
For significant withdrawals or deposits, we may need to verify that you are the account holder for the corresponding bank account or debit card. To streamline the process, please consider providing the following information in advance:
Debit Card
We require a clear view of the front and back of your debit card, showing the card owner's full name, first 4 and last 4 digits of the card number (middle 8 digits covered), expiry date, and signature strip (3-digit CVC covered).
Bank Statement
Your bank statement should align with the bank account used for deposits/withdrawals. The statement, dated within the last 3 months, should show your name, address, and account number.
For significant payouts over £10 million, documents must be notarised.
Affordability
We prioritize player protection. Gambling should be affordable, and we may request an affordability check to ensure that your spending aligns with your means. This may include providing evidence of earnings or other income sources.
