Are payouts guaranteed?
All your winnings are guaranteed to be paid out at Lottoland! All bets are placed on your behalf with our business name EU Lotto Limited, licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and the Gambling Commission for Great Britain.
What happens if I've won the jackpot?
Delighted to say we've had a number of big jackpot winners and we have a very simple process for paying out big wins.
Firstly, we'll give you a courtesy call to give you the good news; we recommend you sit down for this important step! While we're on the phone, we verify your account (if this hasn't been done already), then we make arrangements to pay your winnings in full to your designated bank account. Finally, we'll give you our warmest congratulations!
Our PR team may be in touch to help you celebrate this hugely special day. We will always fully respect any request to remain anonymous; however, we'd love to arrange something extra special to help you commemorate the day you became a multimillionaire.
For example, when Matt won over €22 Million, we flew him out to Gibraltar for a photoshoot on a yacht – a day he'll never forget!
How do withdrawals work?
To collect your winnings, you must specify the bank account you'd like us to pay into and the amount you wish to withdraw.
To prevent money laundering and ensure that your winnings go directly to you, the account must be in your name and in your country of residence. The funds are typically deposited into your bank account within a few business days.
How do I know if I've won, and how much?
To check your numbers, go to your activity section and select the lotto bets tab. It will show your chosen numbers for any bets along with the winning numbers for each draw.
Winning numbers that match have a green border and the winnings section will show you how much each bet has won.
