Having a flutter on our huge selection of Lotto, scratchcards and slot games can be a lot of fun! However, it's our priority to keep you safe whenever you play with us. That's why we wanted to tell you more about Safer Gambling at Lottoland. Safer Gambling means staying in control, keeping on top of the time you spend playing and never spending more than what you can afford. Win or lose, we're here for you, and we have a range of tools should you ever need them. We'd encourage you to take a look! You'll be able to find some top tips in this section, along with links to organisations who are there to help. Be sure to check them out, and if you need any help, you can find it in our help centre.

Deposit limits tool icon - control your spending with daily, weekly or monthly limits

Deposit limits

Control your spending by using deposit limits! You can set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on registration or at any other time thereafter. Any decrease to your limit will be changed immediately. However, any request to increase your limit will receive a 24-hour cooling off period. You'll then need to confirm the change in the Deposit Limits option. This gives you some time to change your mind or continue with the increase.

Time-out tool icon - take a break from gambling for 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month

Time-out

Want a breather from the games? You can request to take a break from your account. Choose between 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month and you won't be able to access your account until your selected period is over.

Self-exclusion

If you think your gambling is getting out of control, we recommend self-exclusion. This option lets you remove yourself from our services for a period ranging from 6 months and up to 5 years. We'll process your request and send you confirmation as soon as possible. Once your account is self-excluded, you won't have access to your account, and we'll also take reasonable steps to ensure we remove you from our marketing databases; as well as blocking registered payment methods. If you wish to extend your current self-exclusion, you can do so through our help centre. You can also contact us if you want to return from a self-exclusion once your chosen time has ended. A 24-hour cool–off period will follow.
