About Millionaire
How does Millionaire work?
Millionaire is a 5+2 lottery game offered by Lottoland. It offers a similar experience to Europe’s biggest lottery, including matching jackpots and Superdraws.
How do I place a bet on the Millionaire?
Choose 5 numbers from 1–50 and 2 Stars from 1–12, or use QuickPick (dice icon) to generate them randomly.
How do I win the jackpot?
Match all 5 numbers and both extra numbers to win the Millionaire jackpot.
How much does it cost?
A single Millionaire line costs £2.50. You can Double the Jackpot for an additional £2.50 per line.
How does Double the Jackpot work?
Double the Jackpot gives you the chance to win twice the jackpot available for your selected draw. It’s unavailable when the jackpot of Europe’s biggest lottery exceeds €25 million (approx. £21 million).
When is the draw?
Millionaire draws take place on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:40pm (UK time).
Can the draw cut-off time change?
Yes. In some cases, we may use an alternative service to place bets on official tickets, which can affect draw cut-off times or bets processing time. See the Terms and Conditions for more details.
What are the Superdraws?
Whenever Europe’s biggest lottery offers a Superdraw, Millionaire offers one too, with boosted jackpots available on selected draws.
How are the winning numbers generated?
We use results from the Czech lottery Rychlé Kačky (Quick Ducks in English).
Here’s how it works:
- On the draw night at 9:40pm UK time (10:40pm CET), Rychlé Kačky draws numbers from 1 to 66
- We take the first 5 numbers drawn between 1 and 50.
- Then we take the first 2 extra numbers drawn between 1 and 12 from the next available draw.
- If a draw doesn’t produce enough valid numbers, we continue with the next one until all numbers are selected.
Example
- The 9:40pm UK time (10:40pm CET) draw produces: 5, 25, 39 (only 3 valid numbers between 1 and 50)
- The 9:41pm UK time (10:41pm CET) draw adds: 2, 48 (completing the main numbers)
- The 9:42pm UK time (10:42pm CET) draw adds: 3, 9 (extra numbers)
The final winning numbers are 2, 5, 25, 39, 48, with extra numbers 3 and 9.
How much can I win?
The Millionaire jackpot matches the jackpot of Europe’s biggest lottery. It starts at €17 million (approx. £14.5 million) and can grow up to €250 million (approx. £214 million). All amounts are subject to exchange rates. Check the pay table for full prize details.
Is Millionaire connected to the National Lottery?
No. Millionaire is a lottery game offered exclusively by Lottoland and is not connected to or endorsed by the National Lottery or Allwyn.
What are the odds of winning?
The odds of winning the Millionaire jackpot are 1 in 139.8 million.
How are jackpot amounts calculated?
All jackpots are estimates and subject to currency fluctuations. Amounts are converted from EUR values to GBP based on conversion rates at the time of writing and actual thresholds may be subject to fluctuations from time to time.
